Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

All products are handmade in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, appearance, and scent may occur.

3. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm stock availability and delivery times.

4. Delivery

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 unless otherwise stated at checkout.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our returns policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of bath and body products, returns are only accepted for unopened and unused items with any seals intact.

Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving their order if they wish to return eligible items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee where applicable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Allergies & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients before use. We cannot be held liable for adverse reactions caused by known or undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
